in the fall of 2008 by, two time major label recording artist and gold
record producer, Phil Garland. HitPlay records are distributed by RED
MUSIC, a division of SONY Music Entertainment. HitPlay’s first release by Elisa Girlando entitled “Rise Up” will feature this up and coming powerhouse vocalist backed by the Rock n Blues band Out Of Truth.
